Mob heads and pumpkins

It is worth considering adding support for mob heads and pumpkins as textual indicators. Yes, pumpkins usually obstruct the view too but there are resource packs that disable that, so this would be useful as an alternative indicator.
The textual display could be +☻a or +Ha, where a is a letter between
- s keletons
- c reepers
- z ombies
- e ndermen
Wearing the corresponding mob head reduces the detection range for skeletons (but not wither skeletons), creepers, and zombies to 50% of the normal range. This is similar to (and stacks with) the reductions in detection range from sneaking and from the Invisibility status effect.

A player wearing a carved pumpkin does not aggravate endermen when looking at them.
