Open parties and claimes taking up 10% of server tick.

Openpac is taking up 10% of server tick to check if natural spawning is allowed. I'm running a BMC2 Fabric 1.20.1 server on v23.5 with lots of players on the server, so maybe that has something to do with it?
Not a whole lot of extra info I can give you honestly.
