As the title says, what I mentioned is that your XP will still be drained if you play with Enchantment Industry addon and you are not allowed to do something in the claimed chunks.

Why would it not? Is it damaging the claim in any way?
And this mod isn't really supposed to support every Create addon, just the base mod.
