Can't use nether portals in other players claims, despite claims.protection.netherPortalsPlayers being set to 0

I've set it in the server config and the player config via the ingame commands, but I still can't go through the portals.

Tried using the values that the HELP command showed me. Is there a way to completely disable the protection?

Every player has their own player config. Also, what is the reason that you are not using the UI and using commands instead?

@thexaero I am unfamiliar with where to find the UI for setting these settings. Despite that, as an OP/admin, there is no way of setting server-wide configuration so that any claimed land has some locked down settings, such as the nether portal being able to be used by any player?

Nevermind, I was able to figure it out when I found the UI, and the fact I can set default config for new parties, and then also other existing players parties.

One final question, if a player is apart of MY party, and is an ADMIN of my party, and they go to claim a chunk themselves, why is the claim in their name instead of the parties name? is this intentional?

A lot of your confusion would be avoided if you read the mod's description on CurseForge/Modrinth a bit. You can enforce a specific value for a player config option across the whole server as well.
