Currently I have to run the command /openpac-claims admin-mode to build in a server claim when I am OP in a server.
I think server Admins/OP's should be able to bypass the server claimed land automatically.

Not sure if that is supposed to be like that or if it is a bug, I would rather not have to run the command every time I join my test server.

My MineCraft version is 1.21.1.

Agreed. Or at least an option to set that to be possible.
