Implement the OTG BiomeGenerator for 1.16.x.

Implement console commands:

  • /otg biome (all except /otg biome -m).
  • /otg map (see #537 ).
  • /otg lookup.

Fixed by @SuperCoder7979 , could you fill in which biome modes / settings should work now, and which still need to be done? (beforegroups mode for BB, fromimagemode?)

BeforeGroups mode implemented, FromImageMode still TODO

Normal(groups)/BeforeGroups/FromImageMode work. Oceans implementation is incomplete atm, needs to be updated for new ocean biomes, will make a separate ticket.
