On install, generate a default OTG preset called "Default", that includes all the new 1.16 biomes and approximates the vanilla biomes.

• Make a list of all 1.16 vanilla biomes.
• Make a list of new OTG resource settings needed to re-create the default biomes.
• Create a default preset using configs, then hardcode it.
• Make the default preset files generate on install.
