WorldEdit + OTG, Forge build in test environment, built from source.

Description

If you don't set a region, you get a NullPointerException when you try to /otg export an item.

A message saying you need to set a region first and how to do it.

/otg export w/o /otg mark & /otg mark 2.

Also, I will be fixing this I just wanted to point out that it existed.
