Now that we have mappings on paper, we should move our commands to brigadier.

This is mostly complete, with the following issues:

• I had to remove our custom flag argument, so we need another way to handle trailing flags in command arguments.
• Our command is registered as /minecraft:otg.
• /otg map biomes and /otg map terrain produce a black image in 0 seconds.
