Feature: NoiseCheck for Bo4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are currently no checks that exist for bo4s, which may result in buggy behavior. This is because it would be laggy for the chunks to be generated.
Describe the solution you'd like
NoiseCheck(X,y,Z,EMPTY/FULL)
Will just check the BASIC worldgen noise but nothing else. This will be much more efficient than also looking at all the other stuff that is populated and even what kind of block it is.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Cancel branches but not the entire bo4.
