Projector issue

"used the floating thing (not gunna try to spell) walked around got map thing out of creative inv right clicked floating thing placed down projector shift clicked map from hot bar into machine crashed. and cant reload world or crash"
No idea how it's possible in normal world. I reproduced it only in End, without any block, which itself is impossible without hackery since you need at least one block to crouch. Anyway, maybe this will help.
