Just tried installing 454 -
java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid shaped ore recipe: sss, w , w , s, null, w, net.minecraft.item.Item@5196b6e3, 1xitem.openblocks.squeegee@0

You have disabled sponge, which is part of this recipe

I fixed it by deleting my configuration and then letting it renew.
