Estimated Issue: Multiple Elevators are grabbing the player and running the teleport code

Suggested Fix: Once an elevator teleports the player, the teleport is locked for that tick and perhaps a couple ticks there after.

Just need time to reproduce. I've already got some code to fix this bug sitting in my git stash. Just testing for any other conditions and then I'll merge and push.
