For easily clearing out water when it's too deep to place the sponge down and you don't want to drown :D

Don't think we need this. There's already a method of extending underwater time using vanilla enchants, and IC2 already has a scuba helmet.

@teamvista I'm pretty sure he doesn't mean just to extend how long you can be underwater, he means that when you use the item all the water/lava/whatever in some radius is cleared-- without having to actually place a block. So for example, when you are, let's say, 10 blocks under in a 50-block deep pool of water, you can use the "Sponge on a stick" to clear away some water right where you are standing. Although, when you use it I assume you'll just fall down in the newly created air where you would be standing...?

Then again, maybe I'm just over-thinking things :D

@teamvista Well, yeah, it doesn't make much as it is now... I see what you mean, it probably would make more sense as a projectile. Well, it's fine, I don't think it's really that important, haha.

Ah, yes, I hadn't thought about that. But considering enchantments, I
personally don't see the appeal when a simple sponge could do the job.

This concept would be alright as a projectile. It doesn't seem like a close
use tool to me. Perhaps it would make more sense as a sponge arrow, or we
can use the crane.
