Sound Muter

This block would mute all sounds around it. Just an idea, tell me what you think!
This concept is covered in Extra Utilities; it would be redundant to include it into OpenBlocks. I'm gonna say no on this one, sorry.

That said, he's right. This is already covered in the popular mod Extra Utilities; and although I'm not beyond implementing features from past mods ( Breaker and Placer from RP ). I don't see a reason to add this to OB. It would just be out right copying, and the author of ExtraUtils is already very helpful to us, it would be rude to step on his toes.

If you want the sounds gone entirely you can replace the sound .ogg files with empty files and mark them as read-only on your system. Then they wont make any noise ever :)
