Sorry for my bad english but i am german :)
The problem :
If I use buildcraft, steves carts 2 or any other mod like this the texture of the liquids is broken in the open blocks tank the buildcraft tank etc. I dont know the reason. I want to use openblocks but this is very ugly.
Maybe something with optifine ??

Which liquid? If its happening in other tanks also, its not a openblocks issue.

Try uninstalling optifine.
