Graves cannot be disabled

Bug report:

MineCraft Version: 1.6.4
Forge Version: 9.11.1.965
Mod Version: 1.2.2 snapshot (built from commit 187faa5)

Other relevant mods:
Gravestone 2.4.7

Bug Description: Grave always spawns, even if B:enableGraves=false

How to reproduce the bug:

  1. Install OpenBlocks
  2. Disable graves
  3. Start up a map and kill Steve

Other notes:
If other people don't see this issue, then it may be a cross-mod compatibility issue with the Gravestones mod.

Enablegraves is an old config value and will be removed. To disable them set their block id to 0

I am using Openblocks 1.2.7 and it re enables the grave but it re enables itself i do like to use keep inv cheat
