Could you add a config option, so that the Elevator Block transmits through some full Blocks again? We updated and I build my buildings around that Elevator Block, but now I cant use them anymore since the path is obstructed

Config option dropblock: maxPassThrough (default: 4 blocks) existed for quite some time and is still working fine.

its for me on -1 and does not work

The maximum amount of blocks the elevator can pass through before the teleport fails. -1 disables this
I:maxPassThrough=-1

Ah, you want to disable it. It doesn't work that way now and I forgot to update comment.

But special case isn't really needed, since worlds have height limit. Just set it to some high value.
