Basically I was wondering if it would be possible to convert the mob essence liquid that you receive from a minefactory reloaded grinder to your Liquid XP when you try to put it inside a XP Bottler, or maybe in a tank it could convert it. It is the same stuff except that you cannot use the mob essence from the grinder on yourself.

Is it possible to have the xp bottler accept the mob essence and convert it to its own xp version? This would really make my day if it is possible!

I believe someone has submitted a PR to MFR to add some kind of converter, so closing this.

if both liquids are propperly registered in the liquid dictionary they "should" be interchangeable. however, i had to install another mod (https://github.com/denoflionsx/PluginsForForestry/wiki/MFR) to make the MFR and Forestry fertilizers interchangeable, so it might be an MFR problem after all.

Oh I see, So it would need a conversion ratio then?

They're purposely not interchangeable at the moment. Our balance is different to the essence in MFR.

I believe we use XP points which translate directly from XP orbs, where MFR use Levels, or at least they use to. Not quite sure on their mechanisms now, if they use XP points at a different xp/mB then yes, a conversion ratio would be needed.
