OpenBlocks crash Snapshot 159 : Default Config Issues! (Not an Id Conflict)

I am not sure how your bug reports with the newest jenkins versions. work, or if you want to know them. But I receive a crash from using the newest openblocks 'snapshot 159' and if there is a config already generated, it will crash with this report:

you can launch minecraft by deleting the config, and letting the mod generate a new config to use. But then it will not reuse the same config after you close and launch again!
