There is a issue with graves. They can't spawn at death. I know they can spawn under the death position. But some of them never spawn. I think it's because of types of blocks.

I think the graves should be spawn at the point of death with removing the block if it's not air (like water for example).

I am having an issue I think is related. Whenever I die by creeper exploding, no grave is spawned, but all inventory item,s are destroyed. Even if I return to the scene of the death seconds later, all my items are missing, and there is no grave stone. If I die in the same area by some other mob, a grave spawns, and all items are recovered.

The log indicates gravestone creation, at the correct x,y,z coordinates wither way.

I have not tried reproducing this on non-destroyable surfaces, to see if surface destruction is part of the issue.

Graves are much more resistant now. Probably fixed.
