[Suggestion] A block to change a Tuned Crystal's URL

If you find a Tuned Crystal, you can make this block, place the Crystal inside, maybe supply it with some XP/Liquid XP/Diamonds/Some other valuable thing to change its URL. Can of course be turned off in the config, like all the other blocks. Would be nice to easily customize the channels you're listening to. And again, if Servers don't want that, they can set the block's ID to 0.
Though on reddit, Mikee mentioned that he wanted better control over this, and said that, by default, only admins could change/add URLs (so others couldn't broadcast offensive content).
