Infinite Diamond Pickaxes with Block Placer, Block Breaker, timer

So, a player on my server noticed that if you get a block breaker and a block breaker, put a timer on so they are breaking and placing at the same time, and just supply the placer with blocks, it decides to make an infinite amount of diamond pickaxes.

Somewhat hilarious but it should probably be fixed.
Using latest version of OpenBlocks.
Found the snapshot version, issue still exists in snapshot 252.
