I get this error with the auto enchantment table, and has been doing so for a few versions now: http://pastebin.com/C7MvmVCD

It happens on startup, just when the server should normally be playable.

EDIT: This also happens in singleplayer.

Setting the autoenchantment table to extract from the top, will crash the instance.
And make it unaccesible.

Try upgrading to the latest OpenModsLib snapshot. You may need to upgrade your OpenBlocks too.

This was fixed in the last commit.
