I find it really annoying to have to spend a very long time breaking tanks, and efficiency pickaxes don't help at all. I think it should be possible to shift click with a thermal expansion, buildcraft, or industrialcraft wrench to pick up the tank instantly.

Fixed material on blocks, pickaxes work fine now.

They break fastest with a shovel, not pickaxes for some reason.
