When some players die to creepers or nether mobs their grave doesn't spawn
Within the config the EnableGrave is set to false this is a server im playing on and people are annoyed plz help

Is this yet another issue about disabling graves? Then #237, #257, #265, #285, #286 and few others.
Maybe it's something about blast resistance? #367, #327 (BTW I just bumped them to obsidian level)

tl;dr: Next time check other issues. Really.

If EnableGraves is set to false, of course graves won't show up. It needs to be set to true.
