In openblocks, all of my luggage blocks have duplicated

I had one luggage in my world. Then I turned around and saw 100 luggages. I need help. If you know how to get the luggage out of my world that's fine. PLEASE HELP.

Shift + right click to revert to item. No idea what caused that or even which OB version it was. Closing until more info is available.
