Breaking graves in creative mode destroys items inside

Not sure if intended but...

Step 1: die
Step 2: use command /gamemode 1
Step 3: break grave

The result is the grave block is destroyed and the items are not dropped

I don't consider this a bug. Harvesting a block is quite different from hitting it in creative mode.
