[1.7.10] Map Data leak (Serverside)

Not really sure what to say about this tbh. All i know is that if you genere new chunks (Or probrably also already generated , which have been unloaded), is that it starts spamming the console :/
If too many chunks is beeing loaded, it might even shut down the server.
This problem did never happend before i added Open Blocks to the server.
