[1.7.10] Using XP Drain on top of Open Blocks tanks

When you do stand on a XP Drain, which is on top of one or more Open Blocks tanks, it's causing massive lag, if it's draining XP from the player. If the player does not have any XP, you're just fine.
Open Blocks version: 10.13.0.1190
Minecraft Forge version: OpenBlocks-1.7.10-1.3-snapshot-423
Can't reproduce with profiler attached. Please use Opis to check what block is really causing that and make sure no other mods are involved.
Pretty hard to use Opis for 1.7.10, because it's not out yet :p
I'll try it out with only Open Blocks installed, and see if that happens.

No, not really. I was doing some testing, but i could not replicate the issue. Only the same place in my house. Might or might now have something to do with Sky Stone Bricks from AE2.
