Basically what the title says, whenever i do something relating to OpenBlocks in NEI (Search for an item, enable/disable a subset relating to OpenBlocks etc.), it just freezes my game and it never recovers.

IIRC there was few similar problems, and this bug is probably not OpenBlocks specific.
