[Suggestion] Last Stand scaled on damages

Well, this one is pretty self-explanatory
Basically, instead of consuming a set number of XP/Levels, the enchant could consume XP based on the amount of damages taken (and a bit of maths (with a coefficient, for instance, which I think is the best option)). Also, the number of the enchant (I or II) could determinate, if we keep our example, the coefficient.
