As usual, fairly obvious from the title. I would like a block or an item that gives me a general idea where a nearby spawner can be found. Exact location is not required, though it would be nice. The reason for that is that several mods I use require items only found in dungeons, but can I find any dungeons anywhere nearby? Nope! So a way of knowing where they can be found would be very nice.
