I've noticed that Openblocks graves do not support baubles, and subsequently drops them as normal on death. My suggestion, if possible, is adding support for baubles in the gravestone so they don't go flying everywhere on death.

It already works for quite some time.
You either have ancient OpenBlocks version, graves are spawned by other mod or other mod does something incredibly stupid.
