Block breaker completely destroys Thaumcraft Warded Jars

Not sure where to report, so I'll report to both mods repos. See https://github.com/Azanor/thaumcraft/issues/1372
When used on a Warded Jar from Thaumcraft placed in the world, block breaker destroys it without producing an item.
