I am currently unable to remove the various crane components, pointer, assistants base, unprepared stencil, sketching pencil, map controller module, map memory module and the line.

I am using the latest 1.7.10 version, there are no config options for setting block/item ID's. I've removed a great deal of things from OpenBlocks because I find them to have very little actual use (although they are fun 👍) but cannot remove these items.
