Make tanks act as a multiblock structure so that when used as peripherals by OpenPeripherals they act as a single large tank (in line with how other mods act such as buildcraft, and many other mods that add tanks), this should also mean that WAILA would display their actual maximum capacity and contents rather than just the capacity and contents of 1 block (however I am not 100% certain on this).

If I remember correctly the old 1.7.10 tanks did this. I would really like to have that back. :)
