[1.12.2] Sleeping Bags are not working.

I'm using version: OpenBlocks-1.12.2-1.7.6 and sleeping bags do not seem to work when right-clicking. I checked the config and they are set at B:sleeping_bag=true

I'm not seeing any errors in the Server Console. They are just not working.

I'm using Forge-1.12.2-14.23.2.2611 (recommended)

Can't reproduce with just OpenBlocks, so (as usual) it seems like interaction with other mods, which I cannot debug, since I don't have list of mods.

I'm pretty sure this is a compatibility issue with Quark. Quark has a sleep vote feature that may be preventing Open Blocks Sleeping Bags from working. This issue seems to only affect multiplayer servers. They works fine together on single player. I'm currently using the latest version of both mods with the latest release of Forge for 1.12.2.
