[1.12.2] IC2 Classic support (tank)

Hello,
we use OpenBlocks with IC2 Classic and I noticed a few issues with the OpenBlocks tank in regards to IC2c. I can fill the tank using IC2c water cells, but only if the stack size is one. This is kinda annoying because they stack up to 64 and it is a quick way to fill a tank. Also, when I have IC2c empty cells I can't fill them from the tank like I can fill buckets, for example. I would love it, if you can look into this.

To elaborate on this issue, the Industrialcraft 2 Fluid cells cannot pull non-vanilla fluids from the Openblocks tanks, but they can pull Vanilla fluids. This is a strange behavior, as the different fluids seem to be treated identically. On the other hand, placing an ic2 fluid on the ground using a fluid cell, then trying to pick it up again with a vanilla bucket, also doesn't work. So It seems best just to pick up the openblocks tank and use that, than to try to use fluid cells to transport those fluids. (I'm also using IC2 experimental 1.12.2, so there may be differences)
