[1.12.2] Sleeping Bag Duplicates on Creative

Hello There. I think i found a bug with the Sleeping Bag.
When you owe a Sleeping Bag and have Survival enabled (Gamemode 1) and use it by night it duplicates. by day it spams "Bed position set" and also duplicates in inventory.
Minecraft: 1.12.2
Forge:forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2838-universal
OpenBlocks:OpenBlocks-1.12.2-1.8.1
edit: Figured out, that it just happens sometimes and not everytime. But i can't figure out why.
