If you place a Rack, insert several empty Servers into it, connect the Servers to the sides of the Rack and partially charge the Rack (for example, connect an electrical wire and immediately break it), then the energy in the Rack storages will constantly jump. This can be seen if you check each Server several times using the Analyzer. It looks like energy is constantly moving between storages. Energy in external devices connected to the Rack can also jump. Is this intentional behavior?
