A lot of the initialization code was written before registration events, and/or wasn't written the right way to begin with. Lang file still used capitalized name. Configuration code was written before forge changed it, currently I just added a a bt of code to make the old stuff work.

All of that needs to be fixed.

I think this is mostly done now.
