Right-clicking an OpenComputers block located below y = 0 or above y = 255 doesn't open up its interface.

Of course, this doesn't prevent me from booting one (feed the necessary components using hoppers and shift-right click to power it on), but notably, you can't use your fancy new computer.

Indeed it is. However the GUI for computers do in fact open up above y = 255, just not under y = 0.

Is this still an issue?

Shouldn't this be closed and merged into #448?
