No ores generate on the server below y-0, and i want to add ores from mods to a server.

i cannot find any documentation on how to do the title. I repeat, i am on a server and cannot use the gui for singleplayer. thanks for your time.
Simple answer: they won't. CubicChunks in itself only unlocks the height. For generation below 0 and above 255 you need the CubicWorldGen addon. There's instructions on how to set that up for a server, but be aware that you won't be able to use pretty much any world gen mods with that.
If you really want those, you could throw in both CubicWorldGen and Hybrid World, but getting ores and stuff other than vanilla to generate below 0 will require some manual tweaking. So you'll have to experiment a bit.
