[1.12.2] Game Crash after Base Inventory/Power Expander Placement

OMT version: 3.0.0-247

Upon placement it ran normal for a second and froze, then crashed my world. Reloading the world does not work.

Placing tier 5 inventory expander on side of tier 5 base:
crash-2018-05-12_17.07.25-server.txt

Placing tier 3 power expander on side of tier 5 base:
crash-2018-05-13_00.14.32-server.txt
