I have modded the code to accept any version and attempt to patch older versions to snapshots what are the rules about uploading the file
This mod uses MPL 2.0 license.
You can't distribute the binary without disclosing its source code.
And as a community member, if you remove the safeguard feature, please support it yourself, not here.

That was my plan anyways but I don’t know if I can upload the source code I could upload the zip
In my understanding, If someone can download and build it, and it works the same as your binary, it satisfies the source code distribution condition. But licensing is a legal problem and it's not legal advice, sorry.
