Stuck while loading

When i try to start Minecraft it gets stuck while loading.
This is my Mods List.
please point me to the one that's incompatible.

Is it crashing on the loading bar? If so, remove resource packs, load game, readd resource packs.
Hope that helps.

Remove Owo and any mods that depend on it, I checked on my version of MC and Owo causes the issue you described.
