So i've been getting OpenGL errors for weeks now but usually resetting the shaders fixes the problem, but now it doesn't anymore?

basically, the shaders glitch out and the shadows follow my character and move with it instead of being static, a lot of things have 'fixed' the issue albeit temporarily like turning off my clouds or turning on my clouds taking my shaders off and putting them back on again, resetting the shaders completely ext. ext.
the opengl error I get is 1282 and 1286 I've googled both of these and have come back empty handed, I updated my shaders which is BSL shaders to the most recent version and the issue persists and it's on all versions of optifine I use from 1.16 to 1.19 and it started two months ago.
It looks like you're using the drivers that came from Windows Update. Could you install the drivers from NVIDIA and see if you can still reproduce this?
