I'm unable to reproduce this on Minecraft 1.20.4 with Fabric Loader 0.15.5, OptiFabric 1.14.3, Fabric API 0..94.0 and Mod Menu 9.0.0 and preview_OptiFine_1.20.4_HD_U_I7_pre2. I've tested on 1.19.2 and 1.20.1 as well.

Both of these comments seem to be using an older version of OptiFabric that is not compatible with Fabric Loader 0.15.0 and above.

All three have not posted a stack trace, crash report or log...
