Use Fabric Loader 0.14.25, also next time please do a search to see if your issue has already been solved. If this solves your issue please close the ticket.
I have tried exe and jar does not fix the error
Then you have done something wrong as Fabric Loader 0.14.25 will fix the error and allow for MC to launch properly. I am guessing that although you ran both the exe and the jar that you did NOT switch your play profile to the newly created profile and that is why you are still getting the same error. So once you have changed your play profile so that it now uses the new fabric loader and it solves your issue, please close this ticket.
